Fantasy to Change the World. The MiniPicasso foundation works internationaly and localy in partnership with the arts community to engage young people in the arts. Our aim is to offer young people a place to work with art supervised by a skilled artist. We want to make arts more accessible to young people, and help engage a new generation of potential artists.
